Grip: Apply a layer or 2 of Synthetic Blue over the Base. Then apply 2 layers of RF Red grip, with a shorter 3rd layer under the ball of the foot and slightly forward of the binding. Then apply a thin layer of FHF60 over the top.

Forecast/conditions: Overnight low of 27, temps at race start 32F, with an expected high of 46. Mostly sunny with light east winds. Expect new, transforming snow mixed with transformed snow.

Glidewax: Apply a layer of LF8 or MF8 Blue, scrape and brush. Apply HF4 or FHF4, scrape and brush.

Topcoat: FHF11 block, or HF11 block, crayoned on and either roto-corked or ironed through a sheet of fiberlene. After base cools, rub on another layer of fluor block, and hand-cork. Brush out with dedicated fluor brushes.

Gripwax: Clean and sand gripzone. Apply a thin layer of Base Klister, or a layer of Base Spray. Apply a Layer of FHF 50 Universal Klister, and let cool. Apply a layer of MFW Blue or Oslo Racing Extra Blue onto the klister, and carefully blend with the klister. Let cool, and add another layer of the MFW or Oslo Blue.

Topcoat: FHF11, rubbed on and ironed into base through a sheet of fiberlene. Apply a 2nd thin layer of FHF11, and hand-cork. AFter cooling, brush the ski with designated fluor brushes. Alternative fluor block: HF11, applied the same way as FHF11. Speed tip: Apply HF1 liquid HFxt Gel Purple on top of the rubbed on block, and roto-cork together. Hand-cork and brush.

Topcoat: FHF11 block, rubbed on and ironed through a sheet of fiberlene. Let cool, and hand cork. Polish with designated fluor brushes, and wipe with a cloth. Alternate method of application: Rub on FHF11, and apply FHF3 on top. Roto-cork the two together, let cool, hand-cork, and polish.
